If you would rather just take intense classes for a day and then leave, maybe this package is the right for you. Make the best out of your time and train with the international dance teachers.

- After registration, payment must be transferred to the organizer within the next 3 working days. Each participant will receive a confirmation E-mail after received payment of the full amount.

- All payments must be made via bank transfer to Organizer’s bank account.
- Please be aware that in case we don’t receive your payment according to the appointed deadlines, promotional prices will no longer apply.

LAST NAME, FIRST NAME and intended use “CONVENTION”.
- Packages or unused classes are not transferable.
- Cancellation is possible free of charge if a written cancellation (via email) is received by Urban Dance GmbH 48 hours after the online registration has been submitted. After this period, free cancellation is no longer possible. If no payment is made after registration, there will be a processing fee of €20, which the organizer can charge.
- For cancellations made until January 31, 2024, the organizer reserves the right to charge a fee equal to one third of the total price.
- Special conditions for cancellations after February 1, 2024: In the event of a canceled registration, the organizer reserves the right to charge a fee of half of the total price.
- Fees paid will only be refunded by the organizer in the event of illness/injury and only upon presentation of a medical certificate by March 31, 2024. The exception is the processing fee of €20.
- For cancellations after March 31, 2024, all fees are non-refundable.
- If illnesses occur during the event, the organizer is not obliged to refund any money to the participant.
