2. The organizer offers each participant of the event high-quality dance classes
with trained, internationally known choreographers who impress with a very high
standard.

3. The organizer reserves the right to replace individual lecturers of the event in urgent
cases (e.g. illness, death or similarly serious reasons) with
equivalent teachers and to change individual events and workshops to

payment), a legally valid, contractually binding contract is concluded between the
participant and the organizer. Payment is therefore mandatory.
Payment methods
6. Payment is made online via:
 Credit card
 PayPal
In the event of technical problems or difficulties with payment, the participant can contact the
organizer at info@whogotskillz.com.

order process and identifies the participant on site.
After successful identification, the participant receives an
admission wristband, which serves as the official admission authorization for the entire event.
Access to the event grounds and all program items is only possible
with this correctly issued wristband.
11. The organizer is entitled to refuse entry to persons without a valid confirmation e-mail or without o

fficial admission wristband.

Ticket availability
12. The number of tickets is limited. Tickets are allocated on a “first come, first served” basis.

Kick-Off Deal – Special Conditions
14. Special conditions apply to tickets purchased as part of a Kick-Off Deal:
 No refund
Kick-Off tickets are generally non-refundable. The general cancellation and refund rules for participants do not apply to Kick-Off tickets.

15. Transfer to another person
A transfer of the ticket to another person is possible. To do this, the
ticket holder must contact the organizer in good time by e-mail to info@whogotskillz.com
and provide all the necessary data of the new person.
 Price difference upon transfer
If a transfer is made to another person, a price difference may arise:
The difference between the original Kick-Off price paid and the ticket price valid on the d
ay of the transfer will be calculated. This difference must be paid before the event to
be paid so that the ticket remains valid.
Cancellation by the organizer and refund
16. If the event is canceled by the organizer, the ticket price already paid
will be refunded.
Natural disasters, traffic disruptions, disruptions in the energy and
raw material supply, illness of lecturers and other cases of force majeure, i.e.
exceptional events for which the organizer is not responsible, release
the organizer from the obligation to fulfill the contract for the duration of
their effects.
In these cases, the organizer is not liable for damages, in particular
not for the replacement of:
 Travel or accommodation costs
 other consequential costs of the participants.
17. The organizer reserves the right to change the program of the event and
replace individual choreographers with others. In these cases, already
paid amounts will not be refunded.
Cancellation by the participant, refund & ticket transfer
(These regulations do not apply to Kick-Off tickets.)
18. Free cancellation (48 hours)
A free cancellation is possible if a written cancellation (by post or
e-mail) is received by the
organizer within 48 hours of the completed online ticket purchase.

19. Transfer of the ticket to another person
If the participant cannot attend the event, the ticket can be transferred to another person at any time.
The same conditions apply to the transfer as with the Kick-Off Deal:
The ticket price will be adjusted to the ticket price valid on the day of the transfer.
If the current ticket price is higher than the price originally paid, the difference must be paid before the event.
A transfer must be made in writing to info@whogotskillz.com and contain all the data of the new person.

If this is not the case, it is at the discretion of the organizer to exclude the participant,
from the event or a course. The costs will not
be refunded in this case.
32. We ask all participants of the event to be aware of the fact that they spend the
time in the event together as a group. Each participant is asked to adhere to
the rules of the event and the instructions of the organization team to

follow.
33. No videos or photos may be taken without the choreographer’s consent.
34. Participants are prohibited from consuming alcohol or other intoxicating substances on the event grounds.
